We are looking for a relationship manager with sales expertise who is looking to grow with us and drive engagement and retention within our membership base. If you have at least three years of full-time account management or sales experience in a corporate environment (not retail)—and are great at nurturing clients virtually and in person—consider joining the industry’s number-one media brand.

What We Expect of You
- Four-year degree in marketing, communications, or another relevant field.
- Demonstrated success with surpassing target sales and retention goals
- Remote (or option to work in Chicago headquarters)
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or account management role
- Experience using CRM software and productivity tools
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence to engage professionally with executive- and C-level contacts
- Strong customer advocacy with motivation to help others solve problems via product benefits
What You’ll Be Doing (Essential Responsibilities)
- Retain and grow existing memberships
- Manage client accounts, timelines, and membership execution along with the customer success team
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to demonstrate benefits, deepen loyalty and grow annual spend for each client
- Proactively dig into business news and data to anticipate client needs and actively counsel
- Research, plan and execute ongoing competitive market analysis
- Work productively within CRM database for accurate activity tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to secure renewals
- Maintain fluency in Ragan’s suite of products and services and how they deliver value for clients
- Support sales leadership team with business-building projects and duties
