Other co-workers talk too loud when they’re on the phone, interrupt you when you’re deep in thought, or warm up stinky foods for lunch in the microwave.
But not all co-workers are bad. In fact, some of them can be downright pleasant. We asked Ragan readers to share the qualities they like best in their co-workers in this discussion and on LinkedIn. Almost 200 people responded.
Most respondents (42 percent) said they like it when a co-worker asks if they’re busy before they ask a question or interrupt them while working.
