We’ve traded in the PowerPoint presentations for peer-to-peer conversations and guest speakers with an outside and outsized view on enlightening topics, be it storytelling, business acumen, leadership, or creativity.

- 10 - 11:15am: Curated Conversations: During this facilitated, candid conversation among top women in comms, we’ll discuss current communications challenges and how you’re tackling them; threats and opportunities around the corner; and how to embrace and master an adaptive leadership style. Bring your questions, curiosities and ideas to this off-the-record session.
- 11:15 - 11:30am: Meditation Break
- 11:30 - 12:15pm: Unlocking Your Potential: Hear from our guest speaker for a fireside chat that will help you redefine what success looks like and see new, extraordinary possibilities.
- 12:30 - 1:15pm: Group lunch with new friends
- 1:30 - 2:30pm: Curated Conversations: You’re as good as the people around you, so in this session we’ll hear best and next practices in retaining your best talent, upskilling and reskilling and how to have difficult but necessary conversations with your team, other senior leaders and with those in your non-work life. This session will be filled with aha moments.

- 9:20 - 10:15am: Be a Stronger Storyteller: our guest speaker will equip you with the ideas, confidence and know-how to be the ultimate storyteller for your personal brand and those around you.
- 10:20 - 11am: Small Group Discussions: Armed with a challenge or two, you’ll huddle in small groups to brainstorm ideas and solutions, collaborating on a plan that will be shared with the larger group in the next session.
