Sean Williamson

Sean Williamson, managing director, joined Neuberger Berman in 2012. He is head of Employee Platform, which includes global oversight of the firm’s internal communications, Corporate Social Responsibility and employee engagement efforts. The team also works closely on several employee-focused programs, including Equity, Inclusion and Diversity; Employee Investment Solutions; and NBSH Investor Relations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in executive and internal communication-focused roles at Credit Suisse, OppenheimerFunds and Grant Thornton. Williamson earned a BA in Journalism from the University of Maryland and a MA in Strategic Communication from Seton Hall University. He serves as a Board Member for the Neuberger Berman Foundation.
