Sarah Youngman

Sarah Youngman is the Director of Development and Communications at Community Legal Services, Inc. (CLS) in Arizona. Even though she has over 20 years in leadership roles within the nonprofit field, Sarah began her career in early childhood education. Prior to CLS, Sarah worked at another Arizona nonprofit organization in many roles, including marketing director. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and a master’s degree in education in instructional design and technology. She is currently pursuing an MBA in social impact with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

Sarah is a firm believer in the power of positivity and has been compared to “Buddy the Elf” for her cheerful optimism. When she is not working, she enjoys trips with her family to different locations around Arizona, and beyond.
