Rob Loewenthal is the Founder and CEO of Whooshkaa. The company's mission is to make employee engagement easy and accessible to everyone. Loewenthal started the company because we saw an opportunity in the convergence of two trends: The growth and success of the podcasting medium, and an understanding that what ultimately drives performance is engagement and culture. To be successful, you must be focused on your customers, and if you want to be a customer-oriented organisation, you have to deliver that through your people. Whooshkaa provides the platform and tools that allow businesses to communicate and drive engagement through private podcasting, with a mission to give businesses the tools, education and network to do it for themselves in their own organizations.
