Nourisha Wells

Nourisha Wells is the senior manager of communications at McKinsey & Company. She’s a senior leader in executive and employee communications with extensive experience developing and implementing strategic communications programs to advance thought leadership, nurture brand love, protect the organization’s reputation and build trust with employees and external audiences. She previously served as the director of communications and also senior manager of communications and change management at Microsoft, and before that was the senior director of digital strategy and technology at the Get Schooled Foundation. She’s also worked in web communications and content development for Icom America, KCUMB, PlattForm Advertising and others.
