Maren McGrane is the vice president of communication, culture and strategic initiatives at Sonic Automotive, one of the nation's largest automotive retailers. Her focus in on company culture, corporate communications and collaboration through the company's Enterprise Program Management Office. She enjoys developing and implementing strategies to connect the organization's 10,000-plus teammates in 175 locations with the company's strategic goals and initiatives to deliver an exceptional experience for guests and employees alike. This responsibility combines her passion for collaboration with prior roles in consulting and project management, leading cross-functional teams to execute transformative, enterprise-wide programs and initiatives.
