Lisa Vasquez-Fedrizzi

Lisa Vasquez-Fedrizzi is a Senior Vice President and leads People + Culture at Lippe Taylor where she brings her 20+ years of experience in Human Resources.

She has worked across the board in highly integrated corporate Global HR functions and is a firm believer in communications, strategy and development. Lisa has a deep understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programming and understands how each of these play a vital role in a successful employee experience.   Her experience expands across her time at Cohn & Wolfe, Ruder Finn, Clever Devices and Rubenstein PR. Lisa has worked on an array of engagement campaigns and handled communications, legislation and constituent outreach at City Hall and non-profit organizations. Lisa received her bachelor’s degree from Long Island University and is certified in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University.
