Lisa Fratzke

Lisa Fratzke is the co-founder of Fratzke Consulting and former senior manager of executive engagement and public affairs at The Walt Disney Company. Lisa specializes in helping clients achieve transformative growth through human-centered communications, employee engagement and culture change. While at The Walt Disney Company, she partnered with the highest level of executive leadership at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products to craft communications strategies, messages and presentations that were shared internally and externally to showcase the strength of the brand, its vision for future growth and new products and experiences in development. Before Disney, she worked at William Morris Endeavor, CBS Corp. and New Line Cinema, among other entertainment brands.
