Joelle Pauley-Fine is a people-first, results-driven internal and change management communications leader with more than 20 years of experience informing, aligning, and engaging people inside and outside of organizations. She believes in using strategic storytelling as a lever for moving workforces through change, breathing life into brand promises, and fostering positive engagement.
Pauley-Fine’s career has spanned health policy reporting to corporate health communications for not-for-profit health systems, academic medical centers, and leading tech companies. At Google, her work focuses on internal stakeholder communications around health, generative AI, climate change solutions, and tech and society. Pauley-Fine is a proud alumni of Georgetown University and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, teenager and Goldendoodle.
