Jo McRell joined Facebook in 2019 to lead Diversity & Inclusion Communications. A native Midwestener, she’s lived in a variety of cultures from Japan to Mexico to Switzerland and now makes her home in California. She has over a decade of experience across Synopsys, Intuit, and Google creating transformational communications and program strategies at the C-suite level - helping leaders reimagine employee engagement, diversity & inclusion and talent narratives that drive measurable change.
