Elizabeth Lewis

Elizabeth Lewis is the Senior Director, HR and Employee Communications for RBC (Royal Bank of Canada). She has worked for more than 20 years in various communication roles in financial services organizations in Canada, the United States and Bermuda. Lewis’ experience spans both internal and external communications, with a particular focus on partnering with Human Resources on organizational change, leadership communications, employee engagement, mergers and acquisitions and, most recently, the significant communications challenges of a global pandemic.
