Dr. Janel Field is the Executive Director for Workplace Experience at JPMorgan Chase. A human-centered organizational development practitioner, Dr. Field has over 15 years of experience leading organizations to increased employee engagement, developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies, and generating solutions to complex problems within highly dynamic organizational structures. She holds a Master of Science from Colorado State University and a Doctor of Education from Northeastern University. Dr. Field 's most cherished role is being the mother to three amazing young adults.
