Andie Riley

Andie Riley joined Whirlpool Corporation in 2016 as an internal communications manager supporting major transformation projects in Human Resources. Since 2021, Riley has led a team of communicators focused on being strategic advisors for global priority initiatives in Human Resources, including the talent and total rewards centers of excellence. Partnering with executive leadership, she ensures Whirlpool employees are informed, inspired and connected to the company's vision of improving life at home.
Prior to Whirlpool, Riley worked in internal communications at Alcoa, developing and executing communications for a 2,600-employee manufacturing facility. Riley's career began in advertising as a graphic designer and her passion for visual communications informs her work to this day.
Riley holds a Bachelor's degree in graphic design from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Since then she has learned more about aluminum and appliances than she ever could have imagined.
