MGM Resorts builds new innovations into longstanding wellness commitment
Hit hard during the pandemic, the entertainment giant doubles down on the physical, financial, social and mental health of its people.
It often happens that the most innovative organizations in workplace wellness during this very challenging 2020 are the same ones that already have a long history of support for employee wellness.

Most recently, for example, the company announced a partnership with the University of Nevada Las Vegas to provide virtual tutoring for children of active MGM Resorts employees for the rest of the 2020-2021 school year, at no cost to the employee. MGM Resorts employees often work evenings, overnight or weekend shifts that can create additional stress on family connectedness. The tutoring is designed to help mitigate that.
