How to use listening sessions to surface employee stories
If you are asking for employee feedback, find how data can be made into a compelling story to share across your organization.
One member shared the idea of roundtables that they call “VOE” or “voice of employees.” The member says these interactions are being used to address employee burnout, which is a crucial issue in the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.
From these listening sessions, the communications team built a panel that could present their challenges during an all-hands meeting. The panel was made up of employees from a variety of functions and geographic locations in the company.
