The COVID-19 vaccine is gaining steam, but companies are split on how to communicate plans with employees.
According to our group, health providers are way ahead of company messaging thus far. Those who are communicating now are mostly playing it safe and taking a “wait and see” approach. No one said their company is mandating the vaccine for all workers—yet—despite the fact that employers are (mostly) allowed to do so. This, and employees seem largely favorable toward mandatory vaccination.
