The employee well-being professionals and teams that have earned recognition in our first annual Workplace Wellness Awards know the importance of their employees' mental, physical and social health. They represent the workplace wellness programs and initiatives that led to a more productive, engaged and healthy workforce.
Their work in this critical area of organizational sustainability and growth came through in a year unlike we've ever experienced. The pandemic was a source of stress for the entire world, and the work that earned recognition was able to relieve some of the stress and financial burden many of these organization's employees were dealing with.
