Meet Internal Communications Professional, Kevin Cary

As the sole internal communicator at the Electric Power Research Institute, Kevin Cary manages a suite of channels that, in most organizations, would require a fully staffed internal communication department. He delivers a weekly email newsletter, a weekly video and the organization’s intranet (the overhaul of which he oversaw), along with webinars, town halls and other channels. Cary’s efforts have resulted in the 1,000 Institute employees rating satisfaction with communication usefulness at 90% or higher.
