Meet Internal Communications Agency, OFC: OFFICE CHANNEL

OFC: Office Channel launched in 2012 with a bold idea: that it could create company-sanctioned content that employees would actually want to watch and participate in. OFC is an interactive video platform and production studio delivering content on a YouTube-like portal behind the firewall. OFC is doing custom video production for clients, including Darden Restaurants and Unilever. One project highlighted “green living gone wrong,” with moments such as the executive who showers endlessly while singing “YMCA.” OFC also encouraged employee-generated video for an Olive Garden program that resulted in 343 video submissions and 5,939 views.
