How reader feedback improved an internal newsletter
Editors of this corporate publication took notes from employees to create a better newsletter.
Instead of a newsletter packed with employee profiles, LifeLines runs stories about conferences hosted by LifeWay Christian Resources, recent books the company has published and interviews with authors who write for LifeWay.
“I try to focus the content on news that is germane to employees corporatewide,” she said. “I try to stay away from articles that are not useful to employees who work in our field locations.”
