During Ragan’s Future of Communications Conference earlier this month in Austin, Reddit Head of Internal Communications Sean Langston, Jr. shared how he has evolved the manager communications cascade to build a people leader enablement strategy, which is how Reddit refers to its managers.

Langston stressed that “remember the human” is a community value Reddit holds dear. “Think about this as you think about driving effective people leader communications, these are normal people accountable for the impact and results of other normal people,” he said. “And you have to help them be more effective in driving change.”
