Shellie Willis

Shellie Willis is a U.S. Army Retired Master Sergeant and the senior director of collective impact at WorkForce Central. She's also the CEO and Founder of Redefining You Foundation where she assists transitioning servicewomen, women veterans and military spouses to identify and embrace the personal challenges that come with military transition into their NEXT.  She holds a master’s degree in Management Studies Nonprofit from the University of Maryland Global Campus.  She is a Certified Defense Financial Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and certified Human Centered Design Facilitator. Shellie believes that being redefined means SHIFTING your thinking, giving yourself grace, living life through accountability and embracing the next phase in life. She is also America's Select Veteran Outstanding Queen 2023-2024. Shellie currently sits on the boards of Harborstone Credit Union, Puyallup/Sumner Chamber, Washington State Veterans Affairs Advisory Committee and Washington State Women Veterans Advisory Committee, where she serves as vice chair.
