Arlene Mitchell-Pace

Arlene Mitchell-Pace is the Vice President of Human Resources for Illinois Action for Children. As the VP, she is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Specifically, in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. As the VP, she provides strategic leadership by articulating Human Resource needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.
