Victoria Baxter

Victoria is a senior partner in the ESG & Sustainability Solutions practice at Korn Ferry, where she counsels clients on how to realize their ambitions by taking a people focused approach to ESG and sustainability. She is passionate about helping companies understand and meet changing stakeholder expectations for how to drive sustainable business growth while having a positive social and environmental impact. She understands what it takes to earn attention in a crowded landscape and to communicate what matters to key stakeholders—including investors, employees, boards and consumers.​ She is skilled in driving culture change programs to engage employees. Victoria has advised several Fortune 500 companies on how to craft an ESG narrative aligned to their corporate brand and narrative and up-level how they report on progress in formal ESG reports and in ongoing storytelling.
