Celestine is the executive director, leadership and internal communications at UCLA Health, where her responsibilities include corporate communications, brand strategy, internal communications, public relations, DE&I, change management, employee engagement and executive counsel. As a trusted C-Suite communications advisor, she has a track record for successfully influencing change and driving creative ideas that push past the ordinary. With experience in the creation and implementation of communications strategies that inform, engage and inspire stakeholders, she excels in connecting an organization's brand to its core business objectives. She believes employees are the greatest brand ambassadors and developing internal campaigns that have positively shaped corporate culture are a highlight of her career. Before UCLA Health, she was chief of staff, executive communications at Kaiser Permanente. Prior to that, she worked in communications and brand marketing for the City of Santa Clarita.
