Take our survey: Planning for the return to the workplace
Tell us how your organization is coordinating the move, and what your priorities are.
Last year’s shift to remote work was complicated. The return to the workplace will be complex, too.
Many employers are considering a hybrid workplace model. And it’s expected the workplace itself will evolve, with a greater emphasis on collaboration. Importantly, these expectations encompass changes in the physical space workers occupy—both at home and in the office.
Communicators have to develop and distribute messaging around new in-office safety protocols, vaccination, hybrid policies, and who gets flexibility—and why. There are, seemingly, two prevailing attitudes. On the one hand, the C-suite generally wants employees back in the workplace. On the other, employees generally want to retain flexibility.
We wanted to get a clearer picture of how expectations have changed. We wanted to better understand where employees want to be, and why. If employees are working in a hybrid arrangement, how much time will they spend in an office. If they’re working remotely, what kinds of physical support will they receive for that workspace?
Importantly, we wanted to get a better look at the kinds of work arrangements people have in remote workplaces, which more often than not means their homes. Workplace Wellness Insider, in partnership with Ergotron, developed a brief three-minute survey on return-to-work strategies to get those answers. Your responses will be confidential.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey by Aug. 6, and we’ll send you the full report as a thank you.
