Meet the Large Communications Team at PepsiCo
The in-house communication team at global food and beverage giant PepsiCo has produced a staggeringly broad range of programs. On one end of the scale, communicators connected PepsiCo executives with millennial talent via LinkedIn (Meeting of the Minds has already been recognized with awards.) At the other side of the spectrum are the highly visible campaigns, like the ongoing Doritos Crash the Super Bowl series. Much of PepsiCo’s success comes from integration among various communication entities; the organization broke down the silos that separated them, producing a globally integrated team that works together from the early brainstorming phases of projects to the final execution.
