According to a survey conducted by World Services Group, millennials consider it the No. 1 benefit an organization can offer.
The professional services network surveyed over 3,500 millennial professionals (ages 25–40) at its firms worldwide, with nearly 1,600 responding. Participants were asked to rank their professional priorities from 1–5.
