Qualtrics recently published its 2021 Employee Experience Trends report, which revealed that 70% of the 11,800 full-time employees surveyed plan to stay with their current organizations (an increase of 17% from last year). To also retain these employees’ engagement and productivity, organizations must lean into current trends and adapt to shifting behaviors to create experiences that support employees and enhance loyalty.
